Eugene is our newest and oldest team member, a man who loves to encourage the church to draw into God, to deepen their relationship with Him and grow in their faith. He has a deep passion for preaching the Word of God in a way that is relevant, transformative, and rooted in biblical truth. His teaching focuses on helping people apply the truths of the Bible to their everyday lives while encouraging them to deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ.

His vision is to ensure that Jesus is so “big”, so central to each service or meeting, that His presence consumes the challenges in your everyday life.

When he is not pastoring, you can find him spending time with his family, or on a golf course trying to find his golf ball. Eugene  is committed to leading Quinns Baptist Church in fulfilling its mission to glorify God, make disciples, and share the love of Christ in practical and impactful ways.

Josh joined the Quinns team in 2023. Josh has a love for God's truth and eagerly wants to see young people grow in their commitment to Jesus & His teachings. Josh heads up our Youth Ministry while also providing teaching and support at our Sunday services.

When Josh isn't serving at Quinns he is running his own gardening and landscaping business.

Jen has been running children's ministry for over 4 years at Quinns. Jen has an enthusiasm for life that overflows into her work with children. Long before Jen was appointed to lead children's ministry she was an energetic contributor to numerous children's ministries. Jen lives in Quinns Rocks with her two adult children. Kids love Jen & so do parents! 

Ryan has been serving at Quinns for over 15 years. During those years Ryan has served as a youth pastor, children's coordinator, small group leader and much more. In this current season Ryan serves as church Secretary & ministry support pastor. When not performing these roles Ryan is half time chaplain for Quinns Baptist College.

Ryan and his wife have two teenage children and live in Yanchep where they lead our partner church -  Yanchep Community Church.
