Andrew and Danelle have been leading QBC since 2009 when they returned from a 6 months family holiday around Australia.
Andrew works 2 days/week for QBC with a focus on leadership, teaching and blokey stuff, while Danelle works one day/week focused on pastoral care and admin.
Andrew also runs his own business in irrigation and turf, while Danelle works in the school in various admin roles and manages the Quinns Kids Out of School Hours Care.
Ryan has been with QBC since 2008, originally as Youth Pastor and now in a broader role. He teaches, counsels and fixes stuff and he is also employed by the school as chaplain.
He is married to Jen who home schools up in Yanchep.
Ed is married to Nelly and started at QBC in 2016 in the role of Youth Pastor. He oversees all aspects of the youth ministry as well as teaching on a Sunday morning. When not at QBC he works as the Next Generations Pastor for Baptist Churches Western Australia.
Janet is married to Dan and spent 5 years leading the Children's Ministry at QBC before moving into a new role in 2018 as Director of Quinns Kids Out of School Hours Care.
In mid 2018 Zen picked up the role of oversight of the kid's Sunday morning program and she does an excellent job of co-ordinating teachers and learning programs.
